Principal Investigator of numerous internationally funded projects focused on Education for Social Justice (ESJ), Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Gender Equity, Inclusion, and digital innovation, aligned with national and global priorities including the UN SDGs 4, 5, and 10. Sole editor and author of multiple Scopus-indexed handbooks, journal articles, and book chapters spanning Management Education, Digital and Game-Based Learning, Multilingualism, Inclusive Assessment, Gender Equity, AI, and EDI. Editorial Board Member of international journals, including Heliyon Education (Elsevier).

Combines a rich interdisciplinary background in education, linguistics, and business to deliver measurable impact in teaching, research, and leadership across global higher education contexts.

My Mission

As a senior academic, academic leader, and Research Group Director, my mission is to advance inclusive, research-informed higher education through leadership, innovation, and capacity-building. I focus on:

  • Designing and delivering collaborative, research-based curricula that integrate interdisciplinary insights and promote active, experiential learning.

  • Enhancing teaching and learning excellence through blended, online, problem-based, and discussion-led pedagogies that foster student engagement, critical thinking, and professional development.

  • Leading international, externally funded projects on Generative AI tools, Inclusive Assessment Methods, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Education for Social Justice (ESJ), and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in management and HRM.

  • Driving research on transformative higher education practices, including gender diversity, game-based and augmented-reality learning, and post-Covid HEI adaptation.

  • Co-leading institutional frameworks and initiatives, such as the ESD/ESJ Framework Implementation Committee and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Group, to embed evidence-based, inclusive practices across staff and student learning.

Through these efforts, I aim to strengthen staff capability, student success, and institutional impact, fostering inclusive, innovative, and sustainable higher education environments.
